MNHS Wrestling Takedown Camp - 4th - 9th Graders

This TAKEDOWN camp is primarily for beginners and will focus on TAKEDOWNS from the standing neutral position. Basic hand-fighting, fundamental takedowns, and finishes will be covered. (Double Leg, High Crotch, and various Single Leg attacks and finishes) Short Offense from the mat will also be covered, should time permit.

All campers should wear athletic clothing & shoes. Campers should also bring their own water bottle.

I hereby register my child for the camp described and authorize the staff to direct him/her in participation in camp activities. I further acknowledge that the coaches, McKinney ISD, and anyone associated with the McKinney Athletic Summer Camp, will not be liable for any damage from injuries or illness sustained during the camp.
